10 Current WWE Superstars Who 'Can't Wrestle' (But Have Succeeded Anyway)

Like it or not, WWE is an entertainment company. It's not a wrestling company. Not anymore.
And unfortunately for the professional wrestling purists, that means that it takes more for someone to succeed in the business than just an excellent knowledge of how to work a match. Characters now, more than ever, have to be larger than life, and they need a whole host of characteristics in order to rise to the top. To boot, these days modern Superstars can compensate for a lack of in-ring skills by making up for it in other areas - and it's a turn that not many of us are too fond of.
The whole package is so important that even some of the best in-ring performers fail to fulfil their potential. It's why guys like Cesaro and Dolph Ziggler are yet to seal themselves regular main event status. It's why the company was so resistant to Daniel Bryan getting to the top. And it's why many after them will fail to grab that infamous 'brass ring'.
But what follows here is a list of ten WWE Superstars and Divas who have succeeded in spite of their lack of talent between the ropes. Considered are talents who have found themselves on the main roster over the course of the last year...
10. Rosa Mendes
Where Rosa Mendes really belongs on the roster is a mystery. She's been dancing for Fandango, but after being dumped she's taken solace as one of Adam Rose's loser-crew. Still though, if she has to be on television, at least it means that she's not in the ring as much.
The standard of women's wrestling has been particularly low in WWE over the past few years, and Rosa hasn't helped. It appears WWE are set to #GiveDivasAChance with an exciting new crop of girls coming through NXT and some already on the main show, but given what we've seen of Rosa so far, her chances of being a part of the movement will be limited.
She's not got what it takes to star in the ring. And with the likes of Charlotte and Sasha Banks chasing a place on the main roster, Rosa is in danger of having her spot taken altogether as an in-ring talent.
Nikki Bella even took a dig at Rosa on commentary a few weeks back, saying she'd choose to face Rosa over anyone else for her Divas Title. And that's not because she's a deserving candidate...
