In fairness to Zigglypuff, he does seem to be moving towards using the Superkick as a finishing move. Since the WWE Draft he has pinned both AJ Styles and Bray Wyatt after using it, and holy moly do I want to see an AJ Styles vs. Bray Wyatt match now. Phenomenal Forearm into Sister Abigail all day long, please!

But Ziggler, yes, back to Ziggler. I'm not entirely sure if the change is complete, but since literally introducing himself to the WWE Universe (what a terrible gimmick that was) in 2008 Ziggler has been using the terribly-named Zig Zag as a finish.

The Zig-Zag is something of a weird jumping reverse bulldog thing, but in essence it is no different to pulling someone into a pool with you when you seem to be falling in. It is one of those moves that seems to hurt the guy performing it as much as the guy taking it, and that's simply not good enough.

Here's hoping that Ziggler's Shawn Michaels cosplay gimmick does indeed see him adopt the Superkick as a full-time finisher.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
