He hasn't been seen on TV since the night after Wrestlemania, but as he is still officially an employee, he qualifies for this countdown. Rey is undoubtedly the greatest underdog champion in WWE history, and at a billed height of 5 ft 6 in, is the smallest man to ever hold the WWE or World Championship. Mysterio is easily one of the most beloved superstars in WWE history, especially amongst the younger members of the audience. Conversely, The Miz has always seemed to draw a negative reaction from many sections of the WWE Universe. Perhaps it's due to his beginnings as a reality TV star or due to his perceived sub-par wrestling skills. But Miz has proved that good microphone skills, hard work and a natural aptitude with playing the cocky heel can take you very far in the wrestling business. It's easy to forget, but when Miz won his one and only WWE Championship in 2010, he was actually the hottest heel in the company at that time, garnering huge heat from crowds. Fun fact: Rey Mysterio's one WWE Championship came when he won a tournament to crown a new champion in 2011, after CM Punk 'left' the company with the original title belt in tow. The man that Mysterio defeated in the tournament final? The Miz.
