Longest individual reign as a World Champion: 280 days as World Heavyweight Champion (WWE) World titles held: 8-time WWE Champion (combined 539 days), 5-time World Heavyweight Champion (combined 616 days) Triple H comes in at number three with a total of thirteen World Championships reigns. While he held the WWE Championship an impressive 8-times, he's usually more associated with the World Heavyweight Championship as his reigns were longer and booked more dominantly in the Ruthless Aggression era. There will always be doubts with Triple H as a legitimate World Champion, simply because he married into the family giving out the gold. Whether he truly earned his pushes or not, it's hard to say, but the speculation will always point otherwise. While his marriage and affiliation with the McMahon family certainly didn't hurt his in-ring career, Triple H was a hard worker and does certainly try to give back to the wrestling community now that he's in managerial roles. Then again, it could be said his affiliation with Shawn Michaels, and rivalries with top stars like The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker were what elevated him as a talent in the Attitude era. Either way, we believe Triple H's place in history as one of the most highly decorated World Champions of all time is mostly deserved.
