3. Vince Goes Ballistic On His Own Daughter

Stephanie McMahon may have been a tough cookie, but the bumps she took in this match with her dad were borderline cruel. This wasn't like the myriad of other instances where Steph got beat up by Brock Lesnar or A-Train, where she took a few bumps and everyone moved along. This was pointedly sadistic and felt a tad too personal. It was physically upsetting to watch him brutalise his daughter like that, especially with Linda looking on in agony the whole time. And the fact that it was all being done because Stephanie "had defied him" gave the proceedings even more sickening edge somehow. That bit where he starts strangling her and whispering something in her ear with that typical Vince crazy-eyed look (and Stephanie almost too convincingly portraying the struggle to breathe) is where things turn from sadistic to downright gut-churning. And then, just for good measure, he chokes her two more times. It was fun to see Stephanie momentarily get one over on her father, but it was definitely not worth the otherwise nauseating display that made Linda throw in the white towel to save her daughter. Even the announcers seemed genuinely repulsed by what they were watching. Tazz, especially, sounded at a loss for words most of the time.
