10 Dream Opponents For CM Punk In WWE

1. Seth Rollins

Workmanlike World Champ and would-be Punk associate (had things turned out differently for The Shield) Seth Rollins doesn't have a lot of time for Phil Brooks. In fact, Seth has gone on record to say Punk should stay away from the company and even called him a "cancer" in the industry.

Ouch.

Again though, there's money to be made from personal issues. Rollins' World Title reign could use a few high-profile banner opponents to make it soar, and Punk is perfect for that spot. Together, assuming the pair squashed all that "cancer" stuff ahead of time, they'd work some sensational matches that'd play before huge interest.

Rollins doesn't need to take a back seat to anybody in 2023. He's earned his flowers 10 times over, but Punk coming in to try p*ss all over those roses could be some laugh. Time for "Philly Phil" to see what 'Sethy Seth' really has left in that back? Maybe.
