One-time smiley babyface Finn Bálor has experienced his ups and downs in WWE, but he's currently riding high as a key member of the killer Judgment Day faction. Together, the group has started dominating like some second coming of The Bloodline, and that'll probably last until mid-2024 at least.

That's enough time to bring Punk in and pit him against Finn.

Bálor, as Prince Devitt, was earning international acclaim around the same time Punk was finding his feet in WWE and winning World Titles. By the time Finn landed in the company via NXT, CM had already told Vince McMahon and Triple H that he was going home, so they've never wrestled.

Punk would surely be interested by the prospect of tangling with a hot stable like Judgment Day and working opposite Bálor. Both earned plaudits on the independent scene pre-WWE, and it's safe to say they'd tear the house down in-ring if given the chance.
