10 Dream Steve Austin WWE WrestleMania Matches We'd Rather See

3. Roman Reigns

Wow! That mocked-up match graphic just pops, doesn't it? The current menace that Roman Reigns has been showing as WWE's domineering 'Tribal Chief' is perfect foil for Austin's rebellious, beer-drinking attitude. Together, they'd work magic, and Austin would be able to rely on Roman to keep him safe between the ropes.

That's important.

Come crunch time, adrenaline will be flowing. It's been almost 20 years since Steve was out there in front of a roaring live crowd on pay-per-view, so he might lose his composure and blow up early if he returns. Someone like Reigns, who has become every bit the ring general, would be able to keep things measured.

Austin might need that. He might need an active full-timer who operates at the top level, and he may require some encouragement when that initial burst of energy wears off. No-one in WWE is better-placed than Roman to give him that steady base.
