10 Dumb Reasons Why Wrestlers Had To Apologise To Other Wrestlers

8. Muhammad Hassan (No-Selling Sgt. Slaughter)

The infamous Wrestler's Court is a recurring theme here, as you'd expect.

Muhammad Hassan raised the ire of WWE's roster for one of the most original reasons ever though. He p*ssed them off for following company rules. On the 31 January 2005 episode of Raw, Hassan bested Sgt. Slaughter in around three minutes. It was a squash, so he didn't give Sarge much of a look in.

Backstage, likely looking for a reason to hate the newbie, some of the veterans were angry as hell at this supposed show of disrespect. They hauled Hassan in front of the mock Court and forced him to apologise for being so arrogant. Yes, this actually happened even though WWE's booking called for Muhammad to eat Slaughter alive.

Surely, somebody stopped to point out that Vince McMahon himself had booked Hassan to squash Sarge flat on TV that night. Muhammad himself presumably also thought that everyone was just looking for an excuse to heap heat on him.
