10 Dumbest Match Finishes In Modern Wrestling History

7. Bianca Belair & Sasha Banks Vs. Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair - WWE Raw, October 11, 2021

This was a confusing mess, but to be incredibly generous, perhaps - perhaps - that was the point.

Promoted just under a fortnight before the infamous "belt swap" angle, the idea, presumably, who the f*ck knows, was to do some meta shoot special in which all four women hated one another so much that they refused to go along with "the script". Imagine Paul Heyman booking a "Can they co-exist?" angle, and you might be close. Presumably. Who the f*ck knows.

Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks argued over who should start the match, not that the match ever really got going. When two opponents finally squared off, and action was threatened, Charlotte leaned over the top rope and, in order to tag in, repeatedly slapped her rival and temporary partner on the crown of the head with a smug, sh*t-eating grin on her face. Becky in turn laughed as Sasha caught Charlotte with the Backstabber. The match didn't matter, of course. Becky was happy to lose it. Who cares? It didn't mean anything.

At the finish, of a wrestling match, Becky hit the Manhandle slam on Sasha while her music simply played. That was it. If there was a stipulation to this nonsense, knowing who booked it, it was WWE's first-ever 'All Women Secretly Despise Each Other And Are Too Hysterical To Remain Professional' match.

B*llshit.
