10 Easy Steps To Make Seth Rollins The Top Star In WWE
8. Give Him More Media Appearances
As WWE's top star, John Cena has become a household name, and a large part of that is due to the sheer amount of media appearances the United States Champion makes. He has a grueling schedule, but he's all over television, and non-wrestling fans who see him on Live with Kelly and Michael, The Today Show, and other major programs consider him a superstar.
Rollins has been oddly quiet in that area since becoming champion. He appeared on The Today Show the morning after WrestleMania 31, flying across the country to celebrate his title win (and flying back to make it to Raw). He also crashed two separate tapings of The Daily Show, sparking a feud with Jon Stewart that made headlines in mainstream media. Beyond that, though, Rollins has kept his television appearances to Raw and Smackdown.
There's no reason why WWE shouldn't be trying to get their champion on as many shows as possible. Again, he is a heel, but that didn't stop WWE from trying to get The Miz on talk shows and more when he was WWE Champion. Rollins must expand his schedule.
