10 Easy Steps To Make Seth Rollins The Top Star In WWE

6. Fix His Promos

Seth Rollins had a reputation as a great worker before he was ever signed to WWE, but as part of The Shield, he impressed people with the character he had developed. Even as Dean Ambrose was considered the mouthpiece of the group, Rollins delivered in promos and proved himself to be on Ambrose's level.

Since forging out on his own, Rollins's delivery has remained strong, but his material has been weak. Yes, he plays a cowardly heel (something of a problem in and of itself), but his badly-scripted, whiny, and often confusing promos do him no favors. Rants about Tom Brady and faux-"The Price Is Right" segments do nothing to give Rollins the air of a champion and a superstar.

Some fans contend that the issue is company-wide, and that having the same team of writers script everyone's promos is a recipe for disaster. Still, whether Rollins starts to write his own promos or better scripters are hired, something's got to change.
