Despite holding the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Seth Rollins hasn't had the best win/loss record in 2015. Just as he's stunningly booked to show fear toward Triple H and Kane, he also hasn't been treated as an elite wrestler in terms of who he can beat.

At Battleground, Brock Lesnar got a long-awaited shot at Rollins's WWE Title, and while Lesnar didn't claim the belt, his failure was solely due to interference from The Undertaker. At no point was the outcome of the match in question, and in fact, Lesnar has Rollins beaten to a pulp when Undertaker appeared. A few weeks later, Rollins wrestled John Cena on Raw, and while Rollins broke Cena's nose with a grisly knee strike, the U.S. Champion managed to make Rollins submit to the STF. Though that bout did set up a title match, a clean submission would be unthinkable for other titleholders. Worst of all, Rollins was pinned by Joey Mercury on an episode of Raw in June.

Rollins isn't booked seriously, and he isn't taken seriously - he needs to stop losing matches immediately. That means even when Sheamus finally cashes in his Money in the Bank briefcase, Rollins takes him on and scores the win. That's what a superstar would do.
