Three things in life are certain: death, taxes, and if Brock Lesnar's walking into WrestleMania as champion then Roman Reigns is challenging him.

The result of this match was set in stone as soon as it was announced, but one entrant stood out for all the wrong reasons. Despite fans shouting "WWE stands for walk with Elias" for the prior few years, their man was entering the elimination chamber with five former world champions... he couldn't go all the way could he?

No. No he couldn't. Not even close. To be fair, The Miz was the first to be eliminated as Braun Strowman squashed the competition. Even Big Match John wasn't safe in this one though. With an extra competitor in the match this year Elias hold the dubious record of being the only person to enter an Elimination Chamber match seventh, even if he spent just five minutes in the bout.

WIth all the hard work done by Strowman, Reigns hit three superman punches and two spears to win his place in the main event at WrestleMania. Meanwhile Elias went on to tease Cena before his match against The Undertaker that night.

When I'm not trying my hardest to visit all 50 U.S. states, I'm listening to music from the 80s, watching TV from the 90s, and reminiscing about growing up in the 00s. I'm currently living in Melbourne, Australia so WWE premium live events are on Sunday afternoons for me; the absolute dream.
