Caleb Konley teams with Anthony Nese in the Premier Athletic Brand, and together, the two grapplers make a skilled pair. The comparisons stop there, though - while Nese is a high-flier, Konley is more mat-based in his approach - and while Nese lets his actions speak for him, Konley has a Dolph Ziggler-style brand of arrogance that gives him an extra bit of star appeal. An independent journeyman, Konley first broke out in the American Southeast. Since then, he's undergone a number of image changes, but he's never been firing on all cylinders the way he is right now. The reigning FIP Heavyweight Champion, Konley is just as good as a tag or a singles wrestler, and could undoubtedly be used either way in NXT. While so many independent wrestlers tend to fit into a mold, Konley's style assures that he can make a mark in a single appearance. Like many other EVOLVE talents, Konley would be a great candidate for the WWE Network cruiserweight show, and he could potentially make the biggest impact.
