10 Exact Moments WWE Killed Careers

1. DDP Is A Stalker

"Make Me Famous".

That's what Diamond Dallas Page begged The Undertaker to do during his earliest WWF appearances in the summer of 2001. Page, who had been a major star in the dying WCW for years, looked ridiculous when he hauled off the hood to out himself as a wife-stalking weirdo on Raw.

Nothing about Vince McMahon's repackage job made any sense. Page was married to the drop dead gorgeous Kimberly at the time, which fans knew - also, his pleas to become famous only made WCW look like the minor leagues. If that was the intention, then...why? McMahon had literally just purchased its remnants and didn't need to pile on the pain.

DDP's wrestling career would never recover from this sudden assassination. His 'People's Champion' connection to fans was severed, and he bumbled around for a while under various gimmicks until retiring. Thank God for yoga empires, huh?
