5. Rey Mysterio - Drop The Dime

Rey Mysterio delivering the 619 always gets the crowd going, but the follow up? Well, he’s never had a good, consistent follow-up for that move. It is a mystery why.

Usually after the 619, he jumps on the top rope and “Drops the Dime” on his opponent. However, Rey often weighs about 100 lbs less than who he’s facing, so the impact looks more playful than devastating.

Had he pulled off something more visually exciting like a 450 off the ropes, that would have been one hell of a combination. But instead, one of the greatest high-flyers of all time stands on the top rope...and then falls. Meh.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
