7. Chris Jericho v Christian - WrestleMania XX
Christian and Chris Jerichos feud heading into WrestleMania XX had one of the goofiest origins, but quickly became surprisingly complex, filled with romance, betrayal and hearbreak. It all started over a bet to see who could get their chosen Divas to fall for them, Chris Jericho picked Trish Stratus, while Christian picked Lita and the grand prize was one whole dollar, Canadian. The bet quickly stopped being silly fun when Jericho started to have real feelings for Trish, and this angered Christian who saw Jericho spending more time with her than he was him. The two best friends fell out, and when Christian during a mixed-tag match and locked Stratus in the Walls of Jericho, a WrestleMania match was signed between the former buddies. The match itself was amazing, as the two men knew each other so well that neither of them could get a clear advantage, until Trish Stratus ran out to help Chris Jericho. Stratus ended up costing Jericho the match by hitting him, thinking it was Christian, allowing Captain Charisma to get the win, but that wasnt the end of Jerichos troubles. Following his loss, Trish Stratus pretended to apologise to Jericho for her mistake, only to slap him, so that Christian could hit the Unprettier. As Jericho lay defeated on the floor, Trish and Christian made out, mocking the dejected Jericho who had now lost both his best friend and his girlfriend.
