You need to see Dean Ambrose on Steve Austin's WWE Network show in 2016 if you haven't already. 'Stone Cold' glared a hole through the-then WWE Champion throughout the interview, but the chat did glean some gems. For example, Ambrose called out Brock Lesnar for their clunky scrap at WrestleMania 32 on the pod.

Dean expressed frustrations about not getting to do all of the super-hardcore violent stuff he wanted to showcase, then said he was “met with laziness” when trying to lay out the ‘No Holds Barred’ affair with Brock pre-match. Later, Paul Heyman hinted during a Q&A tour that Lesnar was just ticked off with Dean’s attitude heading into the match.

No wonder it was a dud with all this going on.

There was an obvious disconnect between both guys. Brock has done hardcore stuff before (remember Extreme Rules 2012 vs. John Cena?), so he clearly wasn't feeling it when working with Ambrose. Still, hearing Dean bitch about Brock so publicly was eye-opening in 2016.
