1. If Anyone Leaked The Results, They Would Have Been Fired
Vince McMahon takes WrestleMania very seriously, even when it's pre-taped. As such, he and his company did everything possible to avoid spoilers, including filming multiple endings to each match.
One of the more drastic measures however, was that if anyone was caught leaking the final results then they would have been fired on the spot. And given that only a select few knew what was happening, it would have been a major name leaving the company if that had happened.
Aside from McMahon himself, the big names in the production team and the superstars themselves, security around the event was keep tight to stop spoilers from leaking online. That said though, a handful of pictures had managed to slip through the net, including Braun Strowman hoisting the Universal Championship (which happened) and Sasha Banks posing with the SmackDown Women's Championship (which didn't).
No firings have been announced in regards to this and the rest of the show aired thankfully spoiler free. Though the entire XFL team was fired shortly after WrestleMania. Coincidence? Most likely.
