10 Fascinating WWE Backstage Facts About Roman Reigns

1. His Longstanding Issues With Enzo Amore

Enzo Amore isn't well-liked.

Aside from the real-life allegations that came to light in January 2018, Amore's behaviour within WWE and towards the wrestling business generally earned him the hatred of countless WWE Superstars, Roman Reigns included.

Reigns allegedly removed Enzo from a tour bus in 2018 for repeated obnoxious behaviour. Amore himself denied the rumours when the topic arose on Corey Graves' Straight To The Source show, but Graves himself - alongside a horde of other WWE personnel - confirmed the allegations that Enzo was indeed removed from a tour bus.

Corey, particularly, put it down to Amore consistently and enthusiastically boasting about having partied with The Weeknd, claiming that "a guy like that will wear on your nerves".

This isn't, though, where it ends.

Tenured WWE referee Mike Chioda told WWE Hall of Famers JBL and Gerald Brisco that Reigns once legitimately ejected Enzo from a WWE locker room because of alleged "stupid stuff", again (h/t Sportskeeda Wrestling):-

“I remember recently it happened to Enzo, and I remember John Cena made Enzo dress out there for a while. Roman Reigns did that [not John Cena]. Roman Reigns is old school, so many generations of wrestling there. He made Enzo dress out in the back because of some of the stupid stuff he was doing. I mean, when you disrespect the business, the boys in the locker room or anything else, you’re gonna get heat, that’s for sure.”

Roman Reigns and Enzo Amore never worked together on-screen in WWE, for the best.
