Imagine that. Twenty Royal Rumble matches, and it takes until the twentieth one for the last entrant, the man with the most desired number, to actually win the match. All the years that number 30 was imbued a sense of awe, and it doesn't succeed until the twentieth try.

Many great wrestlers have entered with the big 3-0 - Ted Dibiase, Mr. Perfect, Randy Savage, Undertaker (twice previously, in 1997 and 2003), Booker T, Goldberg, Randy Orton, among others. All failed to win their particular Rumble matches.

Undertaker's third try as the final entrant (another record, it should be noted) finally netted number 30 a Rumble win. John Cena would also win as number 30 in 2008, and guess what? No number 30 has won since.
