You may laugh at Santino Marella for getting eliminated from the 2009 Rumble match in record time, but he was a real winner at the end of the day. His payoff for taking the one bump was something most people would be wont to envy.

Marella's one second in the 2009 fray broke the record set by The Warlord in the 1989 Rumble match. Warlord was clotheslined out by Hulk Hogan after just two seconds, and Marella, the consummate showman, found a way to break even that minuscule mark.

The one second of duration made Marella the sixth wrestler to last five or less seconds in a Rumble match. He would later be joined by The Godfather (2013) and Titus O'Neil (2015).
