If you ever watch the 1989 Survivor Series, listen to Vince McMahon's phlegm-riddled introduction, where he rattles off the teams and matches that will unfold through the night. When they get to Big Boss Man's Enforcers team, listen to how different the audio sounds when he grunts, "...and Bad News Brown!"

The obvious edit was because up until the days before the show, Bad News wasn't even booked. He replaced Boss Man's steady ally Akeem on the Enforcers squad, after Akeem suffered an injury roughly two weeks before the show.

Bad News performed the same elimination sequence that he had the year before: accidentally being struck by one of his partners, before indignantly walking out for a count-out loss. In the days before Kofi Kingston's wacky Royal Rumble elimination avoidances, we had Bad News' hasty Survivor Series exits to look forward to as an annual pay-per-view gimmick.
