Mickie James' Single White Female-inspired character was something of a revelation to a wrestling audience used to their women performers being written as one-dimensional. Having to demonstrate a malevolently-split personality with clingy tendencies put Mickie a cut above the fray, and she was remarkable in the role. WrestleMania 22 was unquestionably her finest hour, even if one boss didn't appreciate one aspect of her sexually-charged zaniness.
