10 February PPVs You Should Watch On WWE Network

7. WCW SuperBrawl II (Feb 29, 1992)

Best Matches: Brian Pillman vs. Jushin Liger, Barry Windham & Dustin Rhodes vs. Larry Zbyszko & Steve Austin It's a show that had one of the best opening matches on any PPV in the history of wrestling. That's how good the Pillman/Liger match was. Pillman/Liger was for the Light Heavyweight Title, which was before they called it the Cruiserweight Title a few years later. They had an amazing match for about 17 minute with Pillman getting the surprise win with an inside cradle. If you've seen the match you know how amazing it was. If you haven't, you're missing out. The Windham/Rhodes win over Larry Z/Austin is such a fun, old school type of tag match where they did all the tricks that make tag team wrestling fun. Plus, it's always cool to see Dustin before he was Goldust and Austin before he was Stone Cold just to remember that they were damn good in those roles too. There were some other good matches in the midcard like Ron Simmons beating Cactus Jack in a power match that was exciting for the time given. Arn Anderson and Bobby Eaton beating The Steiners to keep the tag titles was very good and any time Rick Rude faced Ricky Steamboat it was awesome, so their US Title is worth checking out too. Sting beat Lex Luger to win the WCW World Title. This was before Vader got a big push. That's why the babyface Sting got the title again.
