10 February PPVs You Should Watch On WWE Network

6. WWE No Way Out (Feb 15, 2009)

Best Matches: Triple H won WWE Title in Elimination Chamber Match, Edge won World Title in Elimination Chamber Match, Randy Orton vs. Shane McMahon The year prior to this was the year where WWE started doing two Elimination Chamber matches at this PPV. That 2008 show was average, but they got it right in 2009. In the opening Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Title, Edge walked in as champion and was out after about three minutes when Jeff Hardy pinned him with a rollup. It was a clever way to start the show. The last eight minutes featured a great one on one battle between Triple H and Undertaker. They had awesome chemistry. When Undertaker hit that Tombstone and Hunter got his foot on the rope it was a shocking nearfall. Hunter got the win clean with a Pedigree. This is a rare PPV where you can say that Mike Knox was in a main event. He was one of the six guys in the World Title match. That just shows that they had high hopes for the guy even though he really didn't get too far with his push. Edge snuck into the match by attacking Kofi Kingston and he went into his pod, so apparently that was enough to make it official. He was actually cheered for it as well as the elimination of Cena, who fell victim to a Jericho Codebreaker followed by a Spear by Edge. The final two were Edge and Mysterio, who looked like he had a shot until Edge tossed him into a pod really hard. That led to the Spear by Edge and the World Title victory. It was a clever way of booking since he wasn't even in the match. It was a two match show, but both matches took over 30 minutes and were a lot of fun. Can't complain about that. Randy Orton had a pretty good brawl with Shane McMahon too.
