2. Jim Cornette Vs. The Golden Elite

Jim Cornette has separately, and on several occasions, buried each member of the sadly short-lived Golden Elite faction. Think the League of Nations, only outstanding.

He hates the Young Bucks because he deems their Superkick an affront to the art. If they have to rely on it so often, Cornette reasons, it must be as "weak as cat piss". The Bucks spammed this move as heels, mostly, which put over a bratty chickensh*t cowardice on the meta level Cornette can't stomach. A difference in philosophy, that's all.

He hates Kota Ibushi because the cherubic psychopath once took several consecutive Canadian destroyers from a blow-up doll, exposing the exposed business as an act of cooperation. To be less facetious, he is fiercely protective of those who still prefer to craft and perfect the illusion of a real fight. And that's probably fair enough.

Similarly, he hates Kenny Omega because Kenny Omega once wrestled a nine year-old girl. The thing is that Cornette doesn't just despair at Omega for this perceived affront to his beloved wrestling; he has compared Omega to Adolf Hitler, as if slapping his thigh when executing the V-Trigger is comparable to...

...the mass genocide of six million Jews.

Not quite the same, Jim.

Who Would Win: The Golden Elite, with their flippy video game bullsh*t.
