10 Forgotten Finishers From Well-Known WWE Superstars

5. Chris Jericho - Breakdown

Chris Jericho is never afraid to update his move-set every now and again, and The Breakdown is the perfect example of that. Like many other WWE superstars at the time, Jericho decided to change things up in 2001. Thus, he started using a Full-Nelson Facebuster to quite literally sweep his opponents off their feet and plant them on their face (similar to The Miz's Skull-Crushing Finale).

While Jericho can make anything work, this one was a rather nondescript move. It's not particularly well-remembered, but it has gone down in infamy because of the time he used it to attack The Rock at Survivor Series 2001 and almost cost Team WWE the victory.

Y2J's next attempt to reinvigorate his repertoire had much more success, when he added the Codebreaker upon his return to the company — a move he still uses to this day.
