Ray Leppan joined Florida Championship Wrestling in February 2010, and similar to Bo Dallas, you would never guess he's been with WWE for that long.

As Leo Kruger, a character of South African royalty, he made strides and went on to capture the FCW Heavyweight Championship in September 2011. He was one of the promotion's better champions, having defended the gold on countless occasions and reigning as champ for a solid six months.

His subsequent run in NXT was less than favorable, however, as he bounced from character to character trying to find something that fit. His persona took a dark turn in 2012 when he became more of a mercenary, but it was clear that it wasn't main roster material. At last, he settled on the party boy Adam Rose, and after wrestling all of two matches in NXT under the new name, he was called up to Raw shortly following WrestleMania 30.

Although he had a unique entrance, nothing else about the character was known. WWE jumped the gun on bringing him up before allowing the Rose persona to flesh out. It wasn't long after that he was made WWE's resident jobber and still finds himself in that role today.

Worse yet, despite the incredible amount of praise he received from his involvement in ESPN's documentary on NXT, WWE failed to capitalize on it by doing nothing.
