10 Former WWE Stars Who Must Return For One More Match
4. The Dudley Boys
Why It Should Happen: Who doesn't love those damn Dudleys? One of, if not the, best tag teams ever, The Dudleys were a huge part of the WWE between 1999-2005. The problem was that, much like Trish Stratus, they had done everything there was to do in the company and needed a change of scenery. A decade removed from their final match at One Night Stand, it's time for them to come 'home'. Bubba, who has really honed his act in TNA in recent years, did return at the Royal Rumble but D-Von was nowhere to be seen. What gives? The WWE universe were thriller to see Bubba but it's not complete without his table-breaking partner in crime. The tag division is a bit stale at the moment and could use a fresh team to spice things up. The Dudleys would provide the requisite nostalgia but they would also be able to bring it in the ring, especially in a gimmick (tables?) match. The obvious choice for their opponents would be the recently re-formed Harper and Rowan, whom Bubba has been feuding with on Twitter over their use of the 3D. What Are The Odds: This one should happen. The WWE wouldn't bring back Bubba and then have another team use the Duds' signature move within such a short space of time for no reason. Bubba and D-Von still work on the indies and run their own wrestling school, so it's not like their out of practice or anything. Moreover, Bubba has very publicly spoken about his desire to return and have a final run with D-Von. Watch this space.
