10 Former WWE Superstars Who Need To Return To NXT
3. X-Pac
2015 will mark Sean Waltman's 26th year in the business. Although he's only 42 years old, X-Pac has a quarter of a century of experience in the ring. That experience could be well-utilised if he were to do make a few appearances or work a short angle on NXT TV. X-Pac has been busy since his WWE release in 2002, wrestling for TNA, in Mexico and on the indies. While there were some unfortunately 'lost' years, where Waltman struggled with substance abuse, he appears to be doing much better these days and is still in decent shape. As anyone who watched him in TNA and in Chikara can attest to, Waltman can still go in the ring. He rolled back the years with his performances in those promotions. Waltman has a legends contract with WWE and has made appearances for them in recent years, the most recent of which was on the January 19th Raw. So, after many years in the wilderness, Waltman is healthy and back on good terms with WWE. Furthermore, his buddy Triple H is currently the overseer of NXT, increasing his chances of a surprise appearance. He would, however, have to undergo multiple medical tests before being allowed to wrestler for the company: Waltman has been diagnosed with hepatitis C which is spread through contact with a person's blood. Waltman, was one of the stars of the Attitude Era, would be extremely over with the NXT crowd. He is a also, like Lance Storm, a fan of the product and can be found tweeting about it. He really put over the Adrian Neville and Finn Balòr match from Rival. Come to think of it, Adrian Nevill versus X-Pac sounds like a natural fit, doesn't it?
