6. Why Did The Nexus Help Kane?

In Kane's 2010 feud with his brother, The Undertaker, the buried alive match at Bragging Rights saw Kane go to every means possible to defeat his brother. He had Paul Bearer betray him, he even beat him with the sacred urn, but one highly untypical source of reinforcement came in the form of the Nexus who held Undertaker while Kane beat him, and even tried to bury him by shoveling dirt. There was clearly meant to be some kind of further elaboration to this, but very little was said about the interference on the next shows, Nexus resumed their feuds involved with neither Kane or the Undertaker. Was Kane meant to repay them for the aid, or take someone out on their behalf? who knows.It seems unlikely for Kane to strike a deal with several rookies he would see as beneath him, but we'll never get a more feasible explanation than that.
