3. Who Was 'She'?

In November, 2011, Raw began airing cryptic promos advertising the return of a superstar that would usher in 'the end of the world as we know it'. As the promos continued, people clued out that the 2nd of January was a subtle reference to Chris Jericho's other moniker 'Y2J'. Given there was no one else who would have such promos, it was a safe bet that Jericho was set to return and that was in fact the case. However, as the vignettes went on, they became more and more complex. The little boy who first predicted a great return, started to fade into the background, as the cameras focused primarily on a mysterious little girl. The little boy would soon address her, stating 'she holds the mystery of my arrival, of my rebirth, for when I beckon her, I shall return to claim what is mine, and things shall never be the same again.' Yet, we've never seen Jericho affiliated with a 'she' since any of his returns. Some fans speculated it could be Stephanie McMahon, who was previously allied with Y2J, during his feud with Triple H, but never came true. It's possible 'she' was just a swerve, to keep fans predicting who it could possibly be. In that case, why did the WWE.com website acknowledge 'her' mysterious presence; 'Still, there are plenty of questions left unanswered between the videos and Jericho's shocking appearance on Raw SuperShow. For example, the fourth video refers to a mysterious 'she.' According to the clip, 'she' holds the answers to the return of Chris Jericho'. A silent Chris Jericho would hold no answers other than his intention to win the Royal Rumble.
