10 Fun Facts From My Trip To WWE WrestleMania 30

1. A Front Row RAW Experience

My friend was lovely enough to hook me up with a front row seat to RAW the night after WrestleMania so I got to be up close to the superstars as they walked past to get into the ring.

During the show, Bray Wyatt was in a multi-man match against John Cena and some other babyfaces. Sitting right beside me was none other than John Cena Sr. We exchanged pleasantries and as the crowd loudly roared "John Cena Sucks" I had to turn round to see what Cena's dad was doing, and much to my delight, he was using his hands to guide the chant as if he was conducting an orchestra. He was a great sport about fans chanting that stuff about his son and I got a big kick out of him that night.

That would also be the night where Ultimate Warrior made his final speech before he passed away the next day.

There was something eerie about his promo as it was almost as if he was saying goodbye. His wife Dana and kids were beside us during the speech and you could see how happy they were at Warrior being in the ring and getting to address his fans. Seeing him shake the ropes one last time was another great moment to top off an amazing weekend.

WrestleMania XXX was a great show and some of my experiences that weekend only added to it, to make it my favourite trip up to that point. From partying with fans on Bourbon Street to seeing Hogan, Bryan, Austin and others, it really had it all.

What did you think of WrestleMania XXX? Were you at the show? Let me know what you think in the comments. Stay tuned for my final article later this week on Fun Facts From My Trip To WWE WrestleMania 31!
