10 Fun Facts From My Trip To WWE WrestleMania XXVII
9. Coca-Cola Museum
Upon researching Atlanta and what tourist attractions there were, the World of Coca Cola was without question the thing we wanted to go and see the most. It's everything you'd want a World of Coke to be. It starts with when you walk in and are quickly taken through rooms of memorabilia with a guide telling you about the history of the Coke brand. Then you get ushered into an auditorium and get a 4D experience on a crazy woman looking across the world for the secret ingredients to the taste of Coca Cola. However, the main event of the whole tour is at the end when you enter the 'Tasting Room'. This magical room houses every single flavour of every Coca Cola drink and you get cups to taste as much as you like of whatever flavour takes your fancy. Being a Scotsman, I decided I should taste everysingleone just to say I had. There were some fun drinks that you don't get in certain countries like Fanta Grape or Raspberry Coke. As I approached flavour 45 or 50 (there are 52 in total), I admit started to feel a bit sick, but I persevered. If you ever visit Atlanta and go into the tasting room DO NOT taste "Beverley". It's a fizzy drink in Italy and it tastes like mouthwash. I struggled to keep it down. Luckily, I have a picture above of me and my post-Coked out (not like that) teeth to remember the visit by.
