10 Future Trios Champions In AEW
2. Blackpool Combat Club
One of the best things AEW has had a hand in producing this year, is the formation of the Blackpool Combat Club. William Regal’s gang of rogues have been a sensation since forming after Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson’s match at Revolution 2022. Their continued recruitment of Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli has only made the group feel even more special.
The BCC has already proven itself to be a title-winning machine, with the faction holding both the AEW and Ring of Honor World Championships, as well as the ROH Pure Title. However, the four men won’t be satisfied just yet and will be eyeing up the newest prize up for grabs in the form of the trios belts.
Any three-man combination of the group would be worthy contenders to the titles, whilst there remains the possibility for the club to expand in the future. The most likely grouping would probably consist of Danielson, Yuta and Moxley given that Claudio has to be the focal point of ROH. The original three members of the BCC would make a formidable unit in the newly established trios division.
