10 Future Trios Champions In AEW
3. The Undisputed Era
Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Bobby Fish have been an established unit for the better part of half a decade, which makes their chances of winning the new three-man titles very high. The likelihood of this happening is even greater when they are expected to feud with the favorites to win the tournament in The Elite once they return from injury.
The former Undisputed Era have struggled to replicate the success they found in NXT since jumping to AEW. A swathe of injuries in the Undisputed Elite storyline has not been helpful at all, but there has been a clear downplaying of Cole’s role in the company after he was brought in as a huge surprise at All Out last year.
The trios championships and the ensuing feud with the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega should be an exciting prospect for the group. Establishing the Undisputed Era as one of the promotions top factions and crowning them as champions would be a fresh start for all three men. Adam Cole is worthy of the main event and O’Reilly is not far behind at his best, whilst Bobby Fish is also pretty good.
