Admittedly The Rock may have only been lavishing praise on Ricochet by way of returning the favour for the latter getting a matching chest tattoo and performing one of his finishing moves at a recent WWE live event.

But his is just one of many voices tipping the 29-year-old for main roster stardom. In fact, his arrival in the company back in January was one of the most hotly anticipated of any independent signing since Daniel Bryan nearly a decade earlier.

To this, we owe the fact that he is simply a stunningly gifted in-ring performer, capable of pulling off indescribably creative moves of a kind that leave you having to pick your jaw up off the floor after seeing them.

That same description could have been applied to Neville five years ago, to be fair, but Ricochet is arguably a more well-rounded performer in terms of charisma and ability on the mic - things that are all-important in Vince McMahon's muscly soap opera.
