10 Gimmicks WWE Should Bring Back For The PG Era

4. Battle Kat

Dean 'Brady Boone' Peters was an inspiration to a generation of future wrestlers, thanks to his high-flying, Japanese-influenced ring style. Boone worked mainly as a jobber for the WWF between 1986 and 88 before being repackaged as Battle Kat in 1990. What exactly was Battle Kat? Well, it was basically Boone in a cat mask. He had 'cat like' agility, you see. So they made him a cat. It was all a bit silly, but Battle Kat had a decent look and a unique ring style which made sure he stood out during his few televised appearances. Kat was also a hit on house show events, but the gimmick didn't last. He was replaced by Bob Bradley after his release. Why not bring back Battle Kat, or something similar? We've already had a bunny and El Torito in recent times, so why not a dude in a cat mask?
