He was a young star in a company overrun with stars and he was just trying to find his way. Guerrero was truly a little fish in a very big pond. The one thing Eddie needed that WCW would not give him was a chance to prove he could main event. Yes, he had chances to shine but those chances usually came against other mid-card stars that were also struggling to get noticed. However when Guerrero faced The Nature Boy, all of that changed.
