It is still somewhat difficult to accept, but Sheamus and Big Show had a genuinely fantastic series of matches over the World Heavyweight Championship in 2012. Even typing that sentence feels weird. Big Show was as interesting as he had been in years, and Sheamus excels in the 'fighting babyface' role. Together, the two of them had a chemistry that no one had foreseen.

Their Survivor Series bout wasn't on the level of their Hell in a Cell match a month prior, but it was still a damn good three star match. Sure, it was a whole lot of brawling, but the few big spots they planned were pulled off without a hitch and, besides, two men of this size should be brawling, right?

Sheamus' comeback was impressive and the crowd were behind him, something that makes his current plight even more confusing. Sheamus won by disqualification after Show pulled referee Scott Armstrong in front of a Brogue Kick.
