10 Greatest Comebacks In UFC History

2. Cheick Kongo Vs. Pat Barry - UFC Live: Kongo Vs. Barry

Although their heavyweight battle lasted just over two and a half minutes, the fight between Pat Barry and Cheick Kongo might be the most entertaining scrap you'll see in such a small amount of time. Both men were strikers at their core, but we'd rarely seen them uncork punches like they did in this match-up.

Within seconds of the first exchange on the feet, both men were connecting with heavy punches to their opponent's head. However, it was Barry who landed the first significant blow, dropping Kongo and forcing him to go for a takedown. Unable to keep his legs underneath him, Kongo flopped across the Octagon like a newborn baby deer.

With a finish in sight, Barry waded forward in search of his killshot. Instead, he got caught with a crushing uppercut that turned his lights out instantly and sent him to the Octagon canvas in a heap. Kongo might've jogged around the Octagon with confidence following his knockout win, but he was truly one punch away from being finished himself.
