10 Greatest WWE Raw Endings Ever

6. Rock & Austin Vs. The New World Order (11 March 2002)

The dream of Stone Cold versus Hulk Hogan on the Grandest Stage of Them All may have eluded us, but there was at least one occasion on which the pair of them shared the same ring - namely, the go-home edition of Raw ahead of WrestleMania X8. Oh, and The Rock was in there as well.

To call this one of the biggest ever Monday Night Raw main events would be a supreme understatement. Without any exaggeration: it was undeniably the most star-studded match in wrestling history. No others have featured the undisputed three biggest names the industry has ever seen.

This wasn't your average TV match, either. The five of them (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall in the role of gooseberries) were given the time to put on a solid spectacle, one that ended when the nWo leader hit a Leg Drop on his WrestleMania sparring partner.

That's the only thing that drags this ending down a little: the heels (and not just any heels, but the heels) got the win, denying fans the chance to see their two favourites overcome the numerical odds. For anyone to think that Hall had a chance of beating Austin on Sunday, however, that was probably a necessary sacrifice.
