10 Hardest Hitters In Wrestling Right Now

1. WALTER

Wrestlers like fans to know when they've been in a war with WALTER, but a modicum of Twitter love is the least they deserve for having their chests opened up by the fearsome chops of "Der Bulle aus Wien".

The likes and retweets are racked up with shots of bloodied bodies that have survived matches beyond the pro wrestling norm. WALTER's contests bring with them a reasoned expectation that some poor soul is about to be decimated by an unrelenting European brawler with a lust for the sights and sounds of a chopped chump.

The gimmick has reached a point where a match without the aforementioned atrocities wouldn't justify the booking fee in the first place. WALTER's pleasure is another performer's pain, with fans sharing in the bizarre glee of a brutalised loser. There may come a time at which his work needs to be more of a work, but until WWE (or another larger organisation) tells him otherwise, the Austrian sensation seems content to keep slapping the sh*t out of the rank-and-files in front of him.
