'Absolute' Ricky Starks hasn't really gone by his old 'Stroke Daddy' nickname since landing in AEW in 2020, but he embraced the moniker one more time upon entering the Face Of The Revolution Ladder Match.

Physically distinguishing himself from fellow Team Taz member Powerhouse Hobbs (despite bringing with him the FTW Championship), Starks possibly took the opportunity to use his more risqué offering thanks to the freedom of pay-per-view rather than having to bow to the restrictions of TBS.

As his first supercard match outside of battle royale and tag team appearances, there was perhaps no better stage on which to re-debut it.
