7. Kurt Angle/Stephanie McMahon/Triple H Love Triangle (2000)
After Kurt Angle won the 2000 King of the Ring, he began to be placed into higher-profile matches and storylines against main eventers like The Rock and Triple H. During his interactions with the latter, Angle found himself in a budding friendship with Hunters wife, Stephanie. At first, the interactions seemed harmless, but eventually, Angle began pushing his luck a little too much. It didnt help matters that Stephanie caught Triple H teaching Trish Stratus how to escape a top wristlock and ended up in a very compromising position. The escalation of the Angle/Stephanie relationship came to a crescendo on the Smackdown before Summerslam 2000 where Stephanie got knocked to the ground in a match where Angle teamed with her. Angle left the match, met Stephanie to the back, and kissed her.
