10 HUGE AEW Double Or Nothing 2021 Predictions You Need To Know
4. World Tag Team Titles: The Young Bucks (c) vs. Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston
Eddie Kingston and Jon Moxley vs. The Young Bucks is the best story in AEW right now. Post-Revolution, the promotion couldn't have done more to present the Bucks as the worst guys on the planet, bring the challengers together, and build them as folk heroes. They're going to get the pop of all pops on Sunday.
Either of these teams could credibly emerge victorious at Double or Nothing - and it's very, very tough to call. Have the Bucks had a long enough title run? Are their snotty heel characters ready to be knocked down a peg, or should that come at a later date, with a bigger rub? Will Eddie's established ankle injury come into play? With The Good Brothers presumably lurking and AEW's frustrating fondness for interference and distraction finishes, will it end cleanly?
There are so many questions on both sides, and that's what makes this so much fun. The face/heel split is as well defined here as anywhere else in modern wrestling, too, and as sure as Moxley and Kingston are going to raise the roof, the Jacksons are going to bring it down.
Put the babyfaces over. This is going to be a heel-dominated night, most likely. The story rules - and those buying into it can all cry tears of joy together.
