10 HUGE AEW Double Or Nothing 2021 Predictions You Need To Know

5. TNT Title: Miro (c) vs. Lance Archer

This should be a riot.

Massive, angry men smashing into each other is one of the easiest formulas in wrestling, particularly when said massive, angry men are as light-footed as Lance Archer and Miro. The era of the big, lumber stiff is over. These guys embody the impossibly athletic new normal in that while they both do the classic powerhouse bit well, their ability to transcend the classic style is their biggest strength.

Archer, the more eye-catching agile of the two despite his bigger frame, will pop the most with his rope walks and flips. Miro will answer his hossery with some of his own and try to snap his back until it's Game Over. Unless they have poor chemistry (great wrestlers often do: see Rhea Ripley and Asuka for a recent example), this will bring the fireworks.

Given his losing record in big matches since joining AEW, Archer shouldn't be ruled out entirely. The company has to put him over in one of these things someday. Still, it feels like they are all in on Miro right now, as the former Rusev hits his stride as a man, aggro brute.

Winner: Miro
