10 HUGE AEW Fight For The Fallen Predictions You Need To Know

7. Adam 'Hangman' Page Vs. Kip Sabian

The way AEW framed this match when it was put together was odd, as they made it seem like Hangman Page had "earned" the right to face Kip Sabian after besting MJF, Jimmy Havoc, and Jungle Boy in their four-way despite their disparate card positions.

Page will challenge for AEW's World Championship at All Out on 31 August. Sabian, meanwhile, is an extremely talented professional wrestler, but a solitary Buy In singles match versus Sammy Guevara is all we've seen of him so far. The idea that Hangman is moving up the card to face him doesn't make much sense.

With All Out looming, the outcome shouldn't be in question barring interference from Chris Jericho. Nonetheless, expect plenty of shine for Sabian. Fyter Fest's guest announcer spot and the fact that he's wrestling Page in the first place suggests AEW have big plans for him. This makes sense as the promotion's middle tiers definitely need beefing out, and, after looking good opposite Guevara, he'll likely be allowed to do the same against Page, falling in a spirited defeat.

Winner: Adam 'Hangman' Page.
